GLENN McQUEENIE, OPERATING PRINCIPAL
Glenn loves to watch agents gain the skills and knowledge they need to live an abundant life.
Glenn is the Operating Principal of Keller Williams Referred Realty and Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty in Toronto. His first office was launched in 2004 and has now grown to roughly 400 agents in two offices.
Glenn’s passion is teaching, coaching and mentoring agents to help them get more referrals from their Sphere of Influence, and converting more leads and getting additional transactions from every listing they take. Glenn is also committed to helping people have careers worth having, business worth owning and lives worth living.
Glenn was licensed in 1989 after completing a University degree in Business and Economics. He counts himself very fortunate to have had great teachers and trainers in his life. Having spent over $1,000,000 of his own money attending great training, he freely shares that insight and wisdom with others.
Glenn gets his greatest joy when he hears back from agents about their successes, after implementing one of the techniques they have just learned. He is committed to building an army of educated, successful and profitable agents, who have lives worth living and who give back to the community at a high level. JAIME WAGG, GENERAL MANAGER
Jaime's passion is helping others. "Never stop learning, in all you do."
Jaime has spent over twenty years in the real estate industry, joining the Keller Williams Organization in 2005 and is responsible for day-to-day leadership and general management of the company. Jaime’s passion is building self-directed teams that cultivate teamwork and engagement between staff and agents alike, as well as teaching, coaching and mentoring agents, and their teams to create business practises that support a career worth having and life worth living. Having used many of the incredible tools, course offerings, and resources provided at Keller Williams, Jaime is excited to watch our agents get into production, and build their business as a result of using the tools provided.
Leadership started early for Jaime and building these skills has allowed her the opportunity to provide private consulting for organizations within and outside of the Real Estate industry, training in many areas like operations management, business organization, hiring & staffing and leadership.
As CEO of JL Consulting, General Manager/COO for Keller Williams Referred Realty and Keller Williams Referred Urban Realty in Toronto, The McQueenie Method Accountability Coach, Certified Recruit/Select, Train, Lead motivate Instructor and Certified KWKC (Quantum Leap for Youth) Instructor, Founder/CEO of T3 Productions in Toronto, and a Kids Now Youth Mentor, Jaime brings all of her training, education and her passion to never stop learning to all she does.
MEG HETHERINGON, TEAM LEADER

Meg Hetherington is a seasoned CEO, entrepreneur, coach and speaker. With her signature leadership approach “The Power of I AM”, Meg consistently leads individuals, teams and organizations to discover and leverage their full potential. Her passion is to solidify strong mindsets for success and abundance.

RICHARD THYSSEN, BROKER OF RECORD

As a prominent real estate figure in the community, Richard is a conscientious, dedicated real estate professional with over 31 years experience in helping people with their real estate needs. Respected by his colleagues for his problem solving and leadership skills, Richard served as President of the London & St. Thomas Association of Realtors (LSTAR) in 2010 and gained extensive knowledge through his many years serving on the Board of Directors in the Marketing Division. This kind of experience, dedication and commitment sets the standards for excellence in the industry.

TAMMY GOODENOUGH, MARKET CENTER ADMINISTRATOR
Tammy loves to help agents build careers worth having, businesses worth owning, lives worth living, experiences worth giving and legacies worth leaving.
Tammy Goodenough has over 13 years experience in the Real estate Industry. She joined Keller Williams in 2010 and has been an invaluable part of the the KW London family.
Tammy's passion is supporting the Real Estate Agents with all the tools, courses and resources provided by Keller Williams.
Some of personal accomplishments include being a Mom to two great kids, and achieving her 2nd Degree Black Belt (North American Champion 1988 and 1989).
Tammy also loves children, animals and gardening.
